AVREL began exploring music at a young age, he took his first steps with a Fostex X-15 4-track recorder, a bass guitar, various percussion instruments and a keyboard. With these simple tools, he recorded his first home recording tracks with friends, laying the foundations for his creative career.
He later discovered the music program Ableton Live, which still accompanies him today and has contributed significantly to his musical development.
In order to enter the music production business professionally, AVREL decided to take a coaching course at the Urklang Academy.
Due to his enthusiasm for music, AVREL started DJ ing at various events in 2023. He has played at Ecstatic Dances, in clubs, at various festivals and at a vernissage “Frequent Mistakes” by Max Böhme.
His genres are Organic and Melodic house, Psytrance, Psybient and Psydub.
Over time, AVREL also opened up to spirituality, which awakened his interest in healing frequencies. Mystical experiences with sounds during meditations inspired him to create these powerful vibrations himself. His goal was to develop sounds that were not only harmonious, but also profoundly transformative.
A pivotal moment in AVREL’s musical path was his introduction to Ecstatic Dance – a mindful and meditative form of free dance that is deliberately different from what he experiences in clubs and at music festivals. This experience ultimately led to a creative collaboration with his wife Sabine Sonnenschein. Together they developed a new dance format: The Energetic Dance Journey.
This innovative project combines free dancing in a clear and partially guided structure and the healing frequencies of the Cosmic Octave, as described by musicologist and mathematician Hans Cousto.
Special attention is paid to the chakras and their qualities. The flow of energies in the body takes place through activation of chakras, breathing exercise, free dance and free expression. Transformation takes place, energetic balance is found and a spiritual experience might happen.
The project, which was launched in 2024, is very popular and has already inspired many people. It combines music, dance and healing in a unique way and creates a space for transformation and conscious experience.
